Unlike others, we don't list whatever property we are offered. In fact, we don't accept new listings while our occupancy is under 80%. We srtrive for have happy owners, not empty properties.
Across the board property standards
We have a set of requirements for any and all units that we manage. If a unit does not conform to minimum standards, we prefer to not list it. While this may mean we have less business than companies that will accept anything they are offered, it also ensures that every one of your guests receives a stay backed by our reputation and standards.
