What is Miapartamentos?

Miapartamentos was founded 5 years ago, upon the realization that existing vacation rental managers lacked the transparency that landlords and the industry desperately required. Fabian, a magna cum laude graduate from University of San Diego with degrees in both Economics and Real Estate, saw the opportunity and put his expertise to good use, and started a boutique vacation rental management firm. Since then, Miapartamentos has been extremely successful, doubling its size every year, by offering great stays to guests while maximizing income for property owners. Miapartamentos is now an ever-growing player in the industry, with revenue of over half a million dollars a year, having completed over 2,000 bookings and processed over $1,5 million in payments from reservations.

Unlike others, we don't list whatever property we are offered. In fact, we don't accept new listings while our occupancy is under 80%. We srtrive for have happy owners, not empty properties.

No lengthy or complicated contracts. If you are ever unhappy, you can leave.

Frankly, we never had that happen. But there's always a first. Other big companies have lengthy contracts to tie you down for months after you decide to leave. We don't. We have so much confidence in our services that we do not feel the need that other companies do to prevent you from leaving.
